There is no such thing as a required set of skills to do pilates. 

It's quite literally for every BODY. So, no, you don’t have to be a size 2.

No, you don’t have to do a handstand or backbend.

No, you don’t have to know how to do yoga or CrossFit.

You just have to show up and try.

Our studio welcomes anyone who has a willingness to try.


Natalie is an excellent Pilates instructor. Our one-on-one training sessions have greatly improved my core strength and overall coordination. I'm always challenged, and the routine is constantly evolving!!



A safety protocol is in place at our studio.  We clean after each class and deep clean once a week.  Reformers are 6' apart.  New clients are welcome!  All clients will be screened, including touchless temperature readings, and covid waivers are to be signed upon coming back.  If your temperature is above 99.8 you will be asked to leave.  If you are displaying any symptoms, you will be asked to leave.  Instructors will wear masks.  Clients are asked to wear a mask upon entry/exit but may remove during exercise.  Doors will be locked until class starts.  We are not providing an indoor waiting area.  Bring your own water/snacks/towels to each class.  Please contact with any questions.  Thank you!
