TRX Suspension Training was created by Randy Hetrick, a former Navy Seal Commando. He invented the system out of necessity while in the field, as a way to stay in top shape in not-so-ideal conditions.
TRX uses a simple piece of equipment, a strap with handles essentially, to perform the exercises. Not to worry, at no point in TRX are we "suspended" -- at all times we have our hands or feet on the ground. A wide variety of movements and stretches can be performed with the system, and are easily adaptable for any fitness level, age, injuries or athletic needs. It is highly complementary to Pilates, Yoga, and Barre Fit as it is based on similar principles: control, precision, balance, and lengthening.
As an officially licensed TRX Facility we offer the most current equipment and training, providing private sessions or group classes.
This official TRX program is a challenging, high energy full body workout. This class is ideal for complementing a weight loss program, and is an open level class.
This official TRX program could be considered the "boot camp" of the Method. This high intensity, fast paced cardio and circuit training class will challenge even the most fit. TRX experience is recommended for this class, as the class moves quickly in intervals. Looking for a butt-kicking? This is your class!
TRX Combo Class
This class integrates TRX movements with Mat and Barre exercises, and is a full body workout. This ever-changing workout will leave you energized and strong!
